What are supplements or dietary supplements?
Supplements, or dietary supplements, are products that usually serve as nutritional support for athletic purposes. As the name suggests, they "supplement" a person's diet. Perhaps the most well-known dietary supplement in the sports industry is protein powder. Usually in the form of whey powder, these products provide supplemental protein intake when one cannot consume enough protein during the day. Other comparable products include BCAAs, glutamine, training boosters, vitamins, and other dietary supplements.
That sounds interesting! What kind of supplements do you offer?
At Muscle Lab, we primarily offer the classic categories of protein powder, BCAAs, glutamine, vitamins, and training boosters. However, we also offer truly effective fat burners and muscle builders in our shop, covering many subcategories. You can find these under Supplements.
What are fat burners?
Fat burners are essentially considered diet aids. They usually boost thermogenesis or metabolism, causing a slight increase in calorie consumption, which in turn leads to weight loss. However, without a calorie deficit, these products are of no use, which is why diet is absolutely crucial and these "aids" should only be viewed as a support.
What are Muscle Builders? And what types do you have in your shop?
Muscle builders are muscle-building supplements that have a significant impact on muscle growth. This category is further subdivided into SARMs, prohormones, and other muscle-building products. These active ingredients have a powerful effect, but also corresponding side effects, depending on the product. We therefore advise every customer to inform themselves about the individual active ingredients and, if necessary, also obtain cycle support (OCT) AND cycle therapy (PCT) to reduce potential side effects.
