Dehydration supplements – a way to quickly dehydrate the body
Dehydrating the body – is that possible?
Many people complain of excess water and water retention in the body. Water retention in the legs is a common problem, especially among women, and can have several causes. Water retention can be caused by hormonal or genetic factors, while diet can also play a role. For example, salty foods can promote increased water retention. Radically dehydrating the body can, with the right methods, produce short-term success in some cases. For example, hot summer temperatures can cause the body to automatically retain more water. This is a basic instinct designed to protect against prolonged periods of drought.
Help, my body is pulling water into my legs - What could be the cause of water retention?
Edema is a condition known as a disturbance in water balance, which can arise from a variety of causes. These disorders involve disturbances in the lymphatic system, where fatty tissue, muscles, and other body regions fill with water. The following reasons can be responsible:
- heat
- Lack of exercise
- Genetic predisposition
- pregnancy
- period
Water retention is therefore only a concern in the rarest of cases, namely when actual edema develops. Unusual water retention can also occur during menopause, with kidney failure, or even due to toxins.
Professional drainage in bodybuilding
Active dehydration can help flush out short-term water retention, but this type of dehydration is intended to achieve the dryest possible look for a few days. Dehydrating the body for a competition or a photoshoot involves a lot of stress and demanding discipline. Physical fitness is also crucial to the success of dehydration.
Dehydrating the body isn't all that easy – in bodybuilding, this is a very strenuous process that takes weeks and involves the use of supplements. You have to endure a period of real stress, because water consumption fluctuates enormously during this phase – from 10-12 liters of fluid per day to sometimes as little as half a liter per day. Which can be extremely stressful!
Water in the body - is it really bad?
Water retention is, in principle, nothing unusual, just as cellulite is nothing unusual. Both can occur naturally, or, for example, during the warm summer months, our bodies retain more water. This has an evolutionary background, as food and water were not freely available as they are today. The fluid in the tissue is supposed to provide us with water, for example, when we experience periods of drought.
Tablets against water retention - do they really help?
With our drainage products, we offer you the opportunity to optimally dehydrate your body within 5-10 days, so you can get into optimal shape for a day X. The products you use during the drainage phase will help you achieve better results. However, it is important that you consistently adhere to the drainage for 7 days, as otherwise the products will not achieve optimal results.
Do dehydration supplements really work?
This is indeed possible under certain circumstances, but one should not misunderstand that our drainage products do not eliminate long-term water retention, but rather reduce it temporarily for appointments or deadlines. It should also be noted that during the first 3-5 days of use, a large amount of water (at least 6-8 liters) should be consumed daily. Starting on day 5, the amount of water consumed should be drastically reduced to half a liter per day within 2-3 days so that the body flushes out the excess water. This way, you can achieve your desired shape for day X. Products from our category help to dehydrate the body and support optimal drainage for a target date (not permanently!).
